軽井沢のプリンスホテルリゾートで3日間のヨガイベントがあり!今日朝から行ってまいりました!
なかなか長野では、受けられない先生方がいらっしゃり、どのヨガに参加しようか悩みまくりました。
まず自分の弱い部分をフォーカスしたヨガと、ちょっと興味のあった先生のヨガに参加。
Jason Crandill先生のヨガは肩を調整と強化をする内容で、2時間の中に講義と実技。肩の弱さを実感・・・きつ・・・勉強になりました。
午後は吉川めい先生のアシュタンガ。優しい声とヨガへの愛情が感じられるレッスンでした。
もちろんアシュタンガの流れを一通り行い、呼吸、動き、流れ、身体と心のつながりを実感しました。
気づくことの大切さも感じることも出来てすっきりしました。
は~~~呼吸大切!!!

Have you ever thought about publishing an e-book or guest authoring on other websites? Hello there! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance from an established blog. Is it very hard to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I'm thinking about making my own but I'm not sure where to start. Do you have any tips or suggestions? Many thanks
